Wow, so much frustrations, just don’t know how windows works… This here is just for me, cause I keep forgetting!

On client machine:

• right click on My Computer
• Properties
• Machine name
• Change domain button
• Add to workgroup
• Restart…
• right click on My Computer
• Properties
• Machine name
• Change domain button
• Add to domain
• Join with login and pass
• Restart…

Done…

Then sync time with domain controler…

• Login with administrator account.
• Open command prompt.
• Type following:
  
w32tm /config /syncfromflags:domhier /update
net stop w32time
net start w32time


Done…

Want to get rid of the useless dashboard and lower your memory usage?
Run these commands from a terminal:

defaults write com.apple.dashboard mcx-disabled -boolean YES
killall Dock

Want to enable the dashboard again? Run this:

defaults write com.apple.dashboard mcx-disabled -boolean NO
killall Dock

So, I start with this; please don’t use MSIE 6.0, it is a disaster for web developers! Now, this is what I ran in to last night, a bug in MSIE 6.0. Every item with a transparent PNG as background image, done with the CSS hack/workaround (AlphaImageLoader filter) and the sizingMethod set to scale, all the child objects are locked. Nothing works anymore! No more forms, no more hrefs, no text select, no nothing… I spend 5 hours last night searching the web to solve this problem! (Send the bill to Bill?)

The solution is, or rather the bug is: When the width OR height of the dimensions of the transparent 24bits PNG image is less than 64 pixels, and the sizingMethod set to scale, the bug appears.

If that is not a bug… Please remove all your copies of MSIE 6.x and use a more developer friendly browser like Firefox. Or if you feel the need, upgrade to msie 7.0. IE 6 is a developer nightmare!

Get lost in this site! This is realy cool for every hardware and web developer! This guy makes cool stuff! The site is dhtml and not flash! I repeat, not flash! I did somthing of the same stuff on this site.

Finaly I have some pictures of me and my daughter and my bikes.. The black bike is an stretched cruiser, the Project 346 Basman Classic. Only the wheels are custom on this photo. Back an 24″ inch with a Nirve Fatass tire on it and a Schram 3 speed. The front wheel is 26″ inch with a Nirve tire on it. I’m customizing it, will post pictures later.
The blue bike is an 8ball Limousine, but chopped (check the link for its original form!), longer Nirve chopper fork, 24″ inch Rigida (80) rim with an Nirve Fatass tire and a Nexus 3 speed on the back and a 26″ inch front wheel. And of course the small ape hanger. The bike is from front till end 2.72 meters long. The steering handles very bad with the fork in this angle! These pictures are taken with my Chariot. Now the length of the complete thing is absurd! But it’s really fun to ride it!
