WEP encryption with my Nokia 9300i

I was wondering why I only could configure a 40 bits and a 104 bits WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) encryption and not a 64 bits and a 128 bits encryption on my Nokia 9300i. (Same on all other Symbian phones like the communicator 9500) Now I found why this is. The ‘missing’ 24 bits of the key is used for the so called ‘initialisation vector’.
So the simple solution is, for a 64 bits encryption, select the 40-bits and for the 128 select the 104-bits encryption and fill your normal ASCII key. That is 5 chars for the 40-bits and 13 chars for the 104-bits.
